The cow's ears

The cow's ears.
Make a small sausage of black paste and a slightly smaller sausage of peach paste. Flatten. |

Put the peach on top of the black piece of sugarpaste and press gently. |
 |
Cut in half using the small knife. |
 |
Using your thumb and forefinger, gently pinch the cut end of the paste to create the ears. |
 |
Dampen the ear with a little water and stick to the side of the head with a press of your finger. |
